Yes. We are fully insured and stand behind our workmanship with a 1-year warranty for normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties often apply to materials and vary by product.
Permits, HOA applications, and engineered drawings are not included generally in our estimates and scope of services, but we are happy to manage them for an additional cost.
Yes. We help you choose layout, materials, and finishes that fit your property and goals. For more complex projects, design services can be expanded for an additional fee.
